The Tampa Bay Chapter of Florida's West Coast Region of the American Red Cross is responsible for providing emergency assistance and training to over 2.6 million people living in Hillsborough, Pasco and Pinellas counties. The chapter operates in accordance with the fundamental principles of the American Red Cross.
